Project Manager – Lead Large or Multiple Projects

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering one large project or multiple small projects within a health‑tech business domain. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and acquire the manpower resources required for projects, and manage their allocation and utilisation.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams, including users, external teams and vendors, to meet scope, budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan covering scope, objectives, schedule, budget, risks, communication and issue management.
• Guide the team to set up project governance, change‑control procedures and a quality‑assurance framework.
• Monitor project financial health, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and manage cash‑flow.
• Oversee end‑to‑end testing, including vendor deliverables and user acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with HealthTech policies.
• Implement risk management and issue‑resolution processes, escalating critical items to steering committees.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with the HealthTech Instruction Manual, including security and data‑management policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large or multiple projects in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong project and people‑management abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, volatile environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Demonstrated resilience, problem‑solving capability and influence over internal and external stakeholders.
