Quality Systems & Compliance Specialist

About the role

A global semiconductor test and measurement equipment company, recruiting through Michael Page, is looking for a Quality Systems & Compliance Specialist in Singapore. The role leads facilities, workplace operations and compliance programs and drives ISO, ESG and governance initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead facilities and workplace management to ensure a safe, efficient and productive environment
• Manage and maintain ISO management systems, including audit coordination, documentation control, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, business continuity, risk management and workplace safety programs
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to improve facilities performance and operational efficiency
• Support ESG and sustainability programs and monitor compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Oversee workplace services, operations and outsourced vendors for service excellence and cost effectiveness
• Analyse operational, supplier and compliance performance to identify process improvements

Required profile

• Degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, quality systems, compliance, corporate governance, EHS or related functions
• Experience in a multinational or technology-driven environment
• Experience managing facilities operations, workplace services and outsourced providers
• Exposure to business continuity, risk management, sustainability or governance programs

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, audit preparation, documentation control and compliance monitoring
• Vendor management and supplier performance management
• Project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency

What we offer

• Remuneration of SG$5,500 to SG$7,500 per month (SG$66,000 to SG$90,000 per year)
