Regional HVAC/CRAC Service Manager (Data Centre)

About the role

This regional role sets up HVAC and CRAC service operations in Asia and emerging markets, supporting internal subsidiaries and external partners. It is advertised by Recruitment Alliance and based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and set up a robust HVAC/CRAC service team to meet the needs of Asian subsidiaries.
• Oversee and support HVAC/CRAC service operations across all internal Asian subsidiaries and external partners.
• Collaborate with local teams, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to resolve site issues promptly.
• Mentor team members and develop and run training programmes for service teams.
• Establish SOPs for service activities, including work method statements and risk assessments.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations and critical service issues with key clients and partners.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, HVAC or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HVAC/CRAC/ACMV service management.
• 5 years of HVAC experience in data centres.
• 2 years of regional experience and 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Willingness to travel in Asia on ad hoc basis.
