Revenue Executive

About the role

Mama Shelter Singapore is looking for a Revenue Executive to support the property's revenue performance through pricing, inventory, forecasting, distribution and revenue analysis. As the key revenue resource on site, the role monitors demand, booking trends and market conditions and turns them into timely revenue actions. It is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability and restrictions to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
• Monitor booking pace, pickup and demand patterns, and manage transient, corporate, group, wholesale and leisure segments
• Identify high-demand periods and implement pricing, inventory and promotional actions
• Prepare and maintain rooms revenue forecasts and monitor performance against forecast, budget, prior year and market benchmarks
• Analyse booking windows, length of stay, day-of-week trends, room categories, cancellations and segment mix, and prepare revenue reports with commercial recommendations
• Manage rates, inventory, authorisations, hurdles and restrictions across systems, keeping rate parity and availability consistent across TARS, Opera Cloud, direct channels and OTAs
• Conduct daily revenue and system checks, resolve discrepancies and support automation and process improvements
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and citywide events, and support offers and packages
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Operations, and coordinate with Mama Shelter and Accor revenue and distribution teams

Required profile

• Experience in hotel revenue, reservations, distribution or a related commercial role
• Good understanding of pricing, forecasting, inventory management and hotel distribution
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and confident managing day-to-day revenue activities
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, TARS and revenue management systems is an advantage
• Understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, pickup and segmentation
