Sales Account Manager - B2B Audio-Visual

About the role

DVI Solutions, a provider of audio-visual setups since 2002 with offices across Singapore, Thailand, Shanghai, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Malaysia and Indonesia, is looking for a Sales Account Manager in Singapore. The role manages and grows B2B client relationships, oversees tender and contract processes, drives account expansion and builds long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients as their main point of contact
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Achieve sales targets through account retention and business development
• Handle tender processes, contract negotiations and renewals
• Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service delivery
• Prepare proposals, presentations and conduct business reviews
• Monitor account performance with CRM tools and provide regular reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and share client feedback for improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management and business development
• Strong track record managing corporate accounts and meeting sales targets
• Experience with tenders, contract negotiation and renewals
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Negotiation and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of IT hardware, AV systems or infrastructure solutions is an advantage
