Sales Engineer - HVAC

About the role

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Sales Engineer in Singapore to represent the company's HVAC products to OEM customers across Southeast Asia. The role is hybrid: at least 3 days per week on site at the designated Regal Rexnord location (Monday to Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM customers and cover products, pricing and other services in Southeast Asia, achieving the annual operating plan target.
• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network.
• Track, bid on and sign orders, collect project information and manage the project pipeline.
• Cooperate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects.
• Work with the marketing team to build company branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or working with HVAC manufacturers.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach and ability to work in a team.
• Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus.
