Sales Engineer - OEM Customers

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for a Sales Engineer based in Singapore to proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia, drive new business and build targeted customer connections for project cooperation. The role covers full-process solutions including product matching and pricing quotations, and aims to achieve the annual AOP sales target.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network
• Track, bid on, sign orders and collect project information, managing the project pipeline
• Cooperate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects
• Work with the marketing team to build up company branding

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of engineering sales experience, focused on project-based business
• Sales experience in the semiconductor, data centre, pharma or air-moving product industries is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing, semiconductor or data centre sectors are a plus
