Sales Representative – Postpartum Care Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth of our postpartum care packages. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and guide them through our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads proactively through networking and outreach activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing information and guidance on postpartum care services.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend suitable care packages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends and identify improvement areas to meet targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport and trust.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills focused on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (preferred).
