SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant

About the role

Infosys Singapore & Australia is looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant based in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing and maintaining procurement-to-pay processes, with a strong background in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI) for accounts payable. Knowledge of SAP Ariba is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain SAP S/4 HANA P2P processes, focusing on accounts payable and invoice management.
• Design and implement OpenText VIM solutions to streamline vendor invoice processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Ariba solutions for better procurement processes.
• Gather requirements, map processes and carry out gap analysis for P2P processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and training materials.
• Advise on and support SAP FI, especially the accounts payable modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP P2P and OpenText VIM.
• Train end-users and maintain a knowledge base.
• Stay up to date with SAP technologies and recommend improvements.
• Support the RFP process for P2P/Ariba with functional expertise and process mapping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP FI (accounts payable).
• Strong understanding of procurement-to-pay processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is an advantage.
