Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead and deliver architectural design solutions from concept through feasibility, tender and project delivery. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the role ensures high‑quality, compliant and sustainable designs while providing technical leadership across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise concept and schematic designs and execute feasibility studies.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to discuss project‑relevant issues.
• Ensure design quality, authority compliance and sustainability standards.
• Assist project bidding and presentation as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably in industrial, mission‑critical, transport or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, construction practices and sustainability design.
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and authority submission procedures.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
