Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defence company, is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Singapore. The role works closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, supply chain and finance to turn data into actionable insights and KPIs, and supports digital transformation through data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret large complex datasets to give actionable insights, and develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that support decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data to inform business strategy.
• Use BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView to build interactive dashboards and reports, and maintain and optimise existing BI solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics, and collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain and finance teams.
• Define data structures for the site, compile data from multiple databases and establish master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Create clear Power BI reports and dashboards for operational managers, and use predictive and statistical modelling to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing or MRO environment; aviation industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role focused on data analytics for continuous improvement.
• High level of autonomy and curiosity to spot improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Programming experience in Python, VBA and SQL.
• Business intelligence tools; knowledge of database management systems and SAP is an asset.
