Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst to join its Mercer Careers team in Singapore. You will support Mercer’s reward products business by managing client relationships, delivering compensation analysis, and contributing to project delivery. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients and internal teams on total rewards topics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients within Mercer’s reward products business and build effective relationships with key accounts.
• Analyse compensation and benefits data, identify market trends, benchmark job evaluations, and support salary structure and incentive design.
• Collaborate with analysts and project managers to retain survey and product subscriptions and support account growth.
• Contribute to custom survey and consulting projects across total rewards, preparing presentations and reports that communicate analytical insights.

Required profile

• Prior experience in compensation or rewards consulting, with knowledge of salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation and incentive pay design.
• Well‑developed communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, and a genuine interest in solving client problems.
