Senior Consultant - Banking and Financial Services (FSI)

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Banking and Financial Services (FSI) practice in Singapore. The role supports programme governance and ensures deliverables are completed on time and within scope, using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methods.

Key responsibilities

• Support programme governance and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to scope, using varied project delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid).
• Contribute to developing frameworks and methodologies with a consulting mindset.
• Oversee the quality of programme deliverables throughout the lifecycle through quality assurance and quality gates, ensuring adherence to standards and processes.
• Take ownership of own activities with minimal supervision and manage ad hoc workload flexibly.
• Prepare meeting invites, decks and agendas, circulate minutes and follow up on action items.
• Facilitate or lead discussions with project stakeholders and drive specific agenda items.
• Manage reporting and use tracking tools such as Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO), plus MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Perform additional administrative activities as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services (must have).
• About 5-10 years of experience (preferable).
• Experience in business analysis or project management, including planning, reporting and delivery governance.
• Exposure to different project methodologies (preferable).
• Detail-oriented and analytical, able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reports and trackers (must have).
• Knowledge of Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO).
