Senior Consultant - Information Security

About the role

Sia Partners, a global management consulting firm with offices in 23 locations, is expanding its Asia business and is looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Information Security to join its Singapore team. Supervised by experienced consultants, you will help CISOs and Risk Managers of clients define, develop and improve information security policies, processes and programmes, while supporting the firm's internal activities such as training, marketing support and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Help define, develop and improve information security policies, guidelines and processes
• Manage projects and deploy information security maturity assessments
• Assist with data protection and information classification policies and tools
• Carry out information security and cyber risk management assessments
• Assist in deploying IT security remediation and information security programmes
• Conduct IT audit and regulatory compliance assessments
• Analyse and improve the identity and access management lifecycle
• Improve and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including crisis management processes
• Take part in training sessions, internal and external marketing, sector blogs and articles, and contribute to pitches and RFP responses

Required profile

• Ideally 4-5 years of relevant consulting experience on information security projects in consulting and/or financial services
• At least one information security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA)
• Graduate in engineering or management; a master's degree in information systems management or similar is highly appreciated
• Strong presentation and communication skills, teamwork, autonomy and analytical skills
• Eligible working visa in Singapore; Singaporeans and Singapore PRs highly preferred
