Senior Consultant - Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Infosys Singapore & Australia is hiring a Senior Consultant for Regulatory Reporting in its FSI banking and financial services practice. The consultant drives the requirements and validation process for business in the regulatory reporting domain, acting as a bridge between technology and business and ensuring business requirements are translated into technical and data deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy and approach for implementation, migration, change management, testing, deployment and parallel run
• Interface with business users and turn their needs into technical and data deliverables
• Create test cases covering all business functions and requirements, and execute the delivery plan
• Perform gap analysis, create functional requirement documents (FRDs) and current and target state process flows
• Formalize business requirements in JIRA, Confluence and similar tools
• Work with developers on solution design and contribute to post-release support, enhancements and rule changes
• Manage change requests, support development, testing and review during SIT, UAT and go-live in production, and improve front-to-back operational efficiency

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in Indonesian central bank regulatory reporting: OJK, PPATK (financial transaction reporting) and LPS
• More than ten years of experience in a regulatory reporting environment covering LB/UBasel, IFROS, GOAML and LPS reports for Indonesian regulators
• Experience implementing trade STP (straight-through processing) across multiple source platforms
• Extensive product knowledge across asset classes, financial instruments and trade life cycle
• Experienced product owner who has led a large-scale business and technology transformation project

Required skills

• Technical competence in REGLA reporting; SQL is a must
• Experience with data querying tools and REGLA
• Knowledge of FO, MO and MO workflows and processes
