Senior FP&A Manager – Regional Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join our regional functional business partnering team. You will work closely with the finance and operating functions of our three brands – foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti – to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for strategic planning, capital allocation and cash management.
• Monitor monthly operational and financial performance, analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and non‑financial metrics, and communicate variance drivers.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with senior regional leadership and act as a trusted advisor on investment cases.
• Support logistics, commercial, service operations and pricing functions by establishing scalable processes and influencing KPI achievement.
• Lead cost‑saving and revenue‑enhancing initiatives while streamlining and automating reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, investment banking or strategy consulting, preferably in fast‑growth tech, e‑commerce or logistics environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive, self‑motivated team player with strong ownership and a hands‑on attitude.
