Senior Implementation Manager

About the role

Wise is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join its Platform team in Singapore. You will lead the most impactful projects and programmes that expand Wise's list of global partners, helping deliver payment service solutions to partners and their customers across the APAC region. The role works closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing end-to-end lifecycles from kickoff to launch
• Overcome blockers with problem-solving and influencing skills, in business and technical contexts, and build trust with executives, engineers, external partners and internal teams
• Manage scope, timelines and accountability, identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage delivery risks for deals (project, financial, compliance, reputational) and track them to closure
• Nurture partner relationships and explain fintech solutions, leading process improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Scale the Implementation function and deliver new ways of working
• Travel to work with teams and meet partners worldwide

Required profile

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in banking or fintech
• Proven track record of complex, multi-phase projects and of delivering payment integrations under market-specific regulations
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to C-suite and working teams
• Autonomous decision-making and risk management
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as the role covers Mandarin-speaking markets such as China and Taiwan
