Senior Key Account Manager SEA (6-Month Maternity Cover)

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (contact) for the Southeast Asian and India markets, based in Singapore. This is a maternity cover position lasting 6 months, reporting to the Head of Commercial SEA and working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Education, Merchandising and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive top-line revenue across SEA markets, with full accountability for sales targets and sustainable growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail partners, managing sell-in, sell-out and inventory optimization.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive long-term growth and category leadership.
• Analyze offline sales performance and deliver clear, actionable weekly insights to global stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the retail pipeline, including onboarding new partners and expanding product assortments.
• Own demand planning and forecast alignment with retail partners for new launches and peak periods.
• Lead commercial negotiations on trading terms, product launches, in-store visibility and space allocation.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales management or account management, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Results-driven and analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Eligible to work in Singapore and able to travel when required.
