Senior Liquidity Product Manager – Commercialization & Portfolio Management

About the role

This senior position sits within the Asia South Cluster Liquidity Management Services team, driving product strategy, commercialization and portfolio optimisation for transaction banking liquidity solutions. The role offers high‑visibility exposure to senior management and the opportunity to shape long‑term product direction across on‑shore and off‑shore structures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercialization initiatives for cash concentration, pooling, deposit and investment products, partnering with PDS to integrate liquidity solutions into client ERP/TMS platforms.
• Drive fee and billing growth in collaboration with global liquidity product partners and sales, banking, payments and data services teams.
• Develop and execute defence strategies for top corporate, commercial bank, public sector and financial institution clients to grow revenue and retain relationships.
• Optimise the deposit portfolio by increasing volume, managing currency mix and enhancing sub‑product composition.
• Lead strategic projects such as Liquidity Premium optimisation, Resolution Liquidity Adequacy and Positioning, Liquidity Coverage Ratio and ROTCE improvement.
• Produce client‑facing content and advisory material for Treasury and CFO audiences.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in transaction banking or liquidity management.
• Strong collaboration skills across Operations, Technology, Sales, Banking, Legal and Compliance.
• Ability to translate data analytics and industry trends into actionable commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for client advisory and internal stakeholder alignment.
