About the role

The Senior Manager, PAssion Wave leads the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations of a waterfront outlet that offers water‑based recreation and community programmes. Reporting to senior leadership, the role blends high‑level planning with hands‑on management to ensure safety, financial health, and vibrant community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic programmes that align outlet growth with community needs and organisational goals.
• Maintain safety protocols, oversee facility management, and ensure compliance with water‑sports regulations.
• Manage the outlet’s budget, procurement processes, and financial reporting.
• Build and nurture partnerships with government agencies, corporate sponsors, water‑sports associations, and educational institutions.
• Lead marketing initiatives, create targeted campaigns, and promote the PAssion Wave brand.
• Supervise and develop outlet staff, delivering training on operations, safety, and community outreach.
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers, fostering a culture of volunteerism.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in programme development, community engagement, or recreation management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle budgets, financial compliance, and procurement.
