Senior Manager - Technology & Transformation

About the role

Sia Partners, a global management consulting firm founded in Paris in 1999, is expanding its business in Asia and is looking for a Senior Manager to build a Technology Practice in Singapore across industries. The role covers delivery, business development, management and mentoring, recruitment and marketing and content development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the technology practice, covering DevOps, IT architecture, IoT, cloud computing, blockchain, information and cybersecurity, personalized and predictive technologies, and extended reality, and leverage the Digital Asset Working Group's capabilities
• Lead teams and deliver project work for a range of clients, from the Singapore office or at the client site
• Mentor and develop junior team members and support the management team
• Drive growth and revenue, manage your own P&L and client portfolio, and lead proposals and client materials
• Build the link with other offices working on the global technology practice and lead the strategy of technology development in Singapore
• Contribute to the Sia Partners brand and take part in recruitment

Required profile

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in consulting or the technology industry
• Previous sales experience is a must; entrepreneurial drive and comfort with growth challenges in client and business development
• Experience with a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and strong project and program management experience
• Strong communication skills, team player able to work in a multicultural environment, results driven
