Senior Power Electronics Control Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Power Electronics Control Engineer you will lead the control and system behavior of advanced power converters—including AC‑DC and DC‑DC topologies—for low‑ and medium‑voltage applications. The role focuses on multilevel and resonant converter architectures used in solid‑state transformers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital control algorithms for advanced AC‑DC and DC‑DC converters.
• Develop small‑signal and large‑signal models to support stability analysis and loop compensation.
• Perform laboratory debugging, testing, and validation of power converter prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and system engineers throughout product development.
• Contribute to concept‑to‑validation activities for power electronics solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in power electronics control engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced converter topologies and system modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
