Senior Principal - Banking and Financial Services

About the role

Infosys Consulting, a global consulting and transformation firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Ltd., is hiring a Senior Principal in its Banking and Financial Services vertical in Singapore. The role focuses on helping a major client deliver value to its customers under a new operating model and regulatory changes brought about by Open Banking and, in the future, the Royal Commission. You will lead complex engagements, work at executive and senior management levels, and act as a key leader in the APAC firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and collaborate to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects on strategy and plans for strategic transformation
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, roadmaps and business cases for technology-enabled transformations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network with industry experts and forums, and contribute to the firm through recruitment, mentoring, training and intellectual property generation (POVs, whitepapers)
• Deliver consulting engagements with agreed time, budgetary and quality measures, and contribute to revenue, utilization and practice development targets

Required profile

• Deep banking experience, including digital banking and emerging technologies; FinTech experience highly regarded
• Experience in Financial Crime and Risk Management highly regarded
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Director, GM) and be recognised as an industry thought leader
• IT advisory experience, such as developing IT strategy, technology plans and frameworks
• Experience aligning architecture and business visions, and delivering business transformation
• Tertiary qualification in a related field; MBA preferred
