Senior Principal - Cyber Security

About the role

A mid-size management consulting firm, part of the Infosys group, is looking for a Senior Principal Cyber Security consultant in Singapore. Its Cyber team advises some of the world's largest firms and leading local brands on cyber security, helping them understand threats, reduce risk and build resilience. The role combines technical advisory work with go-to-market contributions and client-facing support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct NIST CSF risk assessments
• Work on global projects with a global team, supported by over 300,000 technical staff from the parent organization
• Help develop consulting go-to-market offerings and solutions aimed at the C-Suite to help them understand and mitigate cyber risks
• Help design new services that incorporate AI and ML where they bring value
• Support presales, sales and account management from a subject matter expert perspective
• Use client connections in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia to position cyber offerings and close deals

Required profile

• Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (InfoSec, Cyber Security, Information Technology)
• 12-15 years or more of experience in cyber security/infosec delivery and sales
• Experience with recognized consulting brands and large commercial clients
• Background in one or more of: financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, consumer packaged goods, logistics, energy and utilities, telecommunications and media
• Fluent in English and another language, with the right to work in Singapore

• NIST CSF and ISO27001
• Cyber due diligence, incident response, third-party and supply chain risk management, crisis management exercises
• Bids, RFP responses and proposals
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, GSTRT, GCPM certifications
• Cyber security roadmaps, maturity assessments, GDPR compliance, identity and access management
• Ability to balance technical and commercial considerations, mentor less experienced staff and explain complex topics clearly
