Senior Principal, Insurance Transformation (FSI)

About the role

Infosys Consulting, a global consulting and transformation firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Ltd, is hiring a Senior Principal for its Banking and Financial Services vertical in Singapore. The role focuses on helping major insurance clients deliver value to their customers within their new operating models and transformation goals. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and collaborate to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects covering strategies and plans for strategic transformation.
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, roadmaps and business cases for large-scale transformations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network with industry experts and forums, and contribute to the firm through recruitment, mentoring, training and intellectual property generation (POVs, whitepapers).
• Contribute to the firm's growth and to the development of next-generation leaders and new service offerings.

Required profile

• Deep insurance industry experience and domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering transformation across the insurance value chain, such as distribution, underwriting and claims management.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Director, GM) and be recognised as an industry thought leader.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams, and to establish strong relationships across diverse cultures.

Required skills

• Business and IT advisory experience, such as developing operational strategy, plans and frameworks to optimise assets.
• Experience aligning business architecture with business vision.
• Business improvement capability: a holistic view of client strategy, information needs, processes, organisation and technology.
• Delivery and ideally business development experience in business transformation.
• High energy, excellent written, oral and aural communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
