Senior Principal - Insurance Transformation

About the role

Infosys Consulting's Banking and Financial Services vertical focuses on helping major clients deliver value within their new operating model and transformation goals. This Senior Principal role leads complex engagements, working with others to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects on strategies and plans for strategic transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements, collaborating with others to identify, sell and deliver projects on insurance transformation strategies and plans.
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business cases for large-scale transformations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and network extensively with industry experts and forums.
• Contribute to the firm by recruiting, mentoring, training and generating intellectual property such as POV papers and whitepapers.
• Deliver transformation across the insurance value chain, for example distribution, underwriting and claims management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (Directors, GMs) and act as an industry thought leader.

Required profile

• Deep insurance industry experience and domain knowledge, including delivery of transformation across the insurance value chain.
• Revenue contribution and utilization targets achieved.
• Experience in business and IT advisory, such as developing operational strategy, plans and frameworks to optimize assets.
• Experience aligning business architecture with business vision and delivering digital innovations.
• Delivery and ideally business development experience in business transformation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams, and to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
