Senior Recruiter – R&D and Business Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both R&D and non‑R&D positions across Singapore and the wider APAC region. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders and HR stakeholders to build high‑performing technical and commercial teams for our fast‑growing AI, quantum and education ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruiting partner for hiring managers and senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles such as Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Quantum researchers, Product Managers and QA Engineers.
• Manage recruitment for business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Administration.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, academic networks and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured competency‑based and behavioural interviews using the STAR method.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular hiring metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter handling both technical and non‑technical positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to process improvement.
