Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

A client of Fuku is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The role calls for strong functional and technical solutioning, system integration and Salesforce platform design, with supporting involvement in presales. The consultant works independently with business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, secure and practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Lead requirements gathering and turn them into functional and technical designs
• Define integration solutions across Salesforce and external systems, and recommend out-of-the-box versus customised solutions
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and solution documentation
• Guide developers and delivery teams, and support configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and issue resolution
• Support discovery and solutioning for Salesforce opportunities, and contribute to effort estimation and proposals
• Provide technical and functional input for proposals and client presentations

Required profile

• Minimum degree in any discipline
• At least 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience
• Proven ability to deliver functional and technical Salesforce workstreams independently
• Experience across at least two of: Service Cloud including Agentforce, Sales Cloud including Agentforce, Marketing Cloud & Data 360, or industry clouds
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience highly preferred

• Apex, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, middleware and system integrations
• Data architecture and integration patterns, Salesforce configuration, customisation and extension
• Hands-on solution design and system integration
• Ability to lead requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong consulting, analytical, communication and presentation skills
