SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform developer with strong hands-on engineering skills. You will design, develop, customize, integrate, migrate, test, deploy and support enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. The role is primarily development-focused, with enough functional knowledge to understand business processes and turn them into secure, maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run requirement workshops, write user stories and functional specifications, and plan and execute SharePoint migrations with ShareGate or similar tools.
• Build SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, React, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, PnPjs and PnP PowerShell, and configure SharePoint security.
• Develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, Power BI reports and Power Pages.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum work, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), documentation, training, deployment reviews and production support.

Required profile

• About 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft solution delivery, with hands-on Power Platform development and functional consulting.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server experience, including site architecture, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions and search.
• Practical SharePoint migration experience with ShareGate or a comparable tool.
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder communication.
