SI Implementation Project Manager, Microsoft Stacks

About the role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the planning, management and delivery of strategic technology implementation projects, driving customer satisfaction and growth. As Delivery Lead, you will take charge of the most critical and complex projects and programs, delivering them on time, within budget and to quality standards, while building trusted client partnerships and supporting key sales pursuits. The role also includes mentoring colleagues and applying AI-enabled capabilities to modernise delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries, from initiation to closure, within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, keeping scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual obligations and commercial commitments on track.
• Manage fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects, covering scope and change management, planning, financial management, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
• Develop and govern project plans, interpret contractual obligations and secure alignment from senior leadership on key decisions.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders, and manage escalations and complex situations.
• Guide delivery teams on best practices, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and support solution and technology decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, mentor team members and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
• Navigate delivery environments across Southeast Asia and leverage AI-enabled capabilities within the SDLC to improve delivery efficiency.
• Coach and develop teams across AI, M365, D365 ERP and CRM programs, and foster a customer-centric culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field is advantageous.
• 8 to 10+ years of total work experience.
• Proven experience leading technology project implementations across a regional environment spanning 3-5+ countries.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end project and program delivery in consulting and solution implementation settings.
• Ability to engage with CXO and senior stakeholders, manage escalations and build trusted client relationships.
• Good understanding of SEA business and cultural dynamics.
• Experience managing large, complex ERP/CRM or enterprise transformation projects from start to finish.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring onshore and offshore teams.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform and Azure.
• Core project and program management: estimation, planning, scheduling, resource management, scope control, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and similar project controls tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP are highly valued.
