Sr Manager, Regional Program Delivery Lead - Microsoft Solutions

About the role

As a key member of the leadership team, the Sr Manager, Regional Program Delivery Lead oversees the planning, management and delivery of strategic Microsoft Solutions projects, driving customer satisfaction and growth. The role leads the most critical and complex projects and programs, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality benchmarks, supports key sales pursuits, mentors colleagues and builds trusted client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, keeping scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual obligations and commercial commitments on track.
• Manage fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects, covering scope and change management, project planning and scheduling, financial management, risk and issue management, and delivery execution and quality assurance.
• Develop and govern project plans, interpret contractual obligations and align delivery with client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders, and manage escalations.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership for Microsoft solution engagements, guiding teams, contributing to architecture and integration discussions and supporting solution decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, mentor team members and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
• Navigate delivery environments across Southeast Asia and leverage AI-enabled capabilities within the SDLC to improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field is advantageous.
• 12+ years of total working experience.
• Proven experience leading technology project implementations across a regional environment spanning 3-5+ countries.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end project and program delivery in consulting and solution implementation settings.
• Experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with strong governance.
• Results-oriented, able to work in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments, with strong customer focus and people leadership, including mentoring onshore and offshore teams.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform and Azure.
• Core project and program management disciplines: estimation, planning, scheduling, resource management, scope control, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and similar project controls tools.
• Good understanding of SEA business and cultural dynamics.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus.
