About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GovTech, provides secure and reliable digital identity services and solutions. As a Technical Product Manager you will own one or more digital products in the Port, Shipping or Corporate domains, from problem definition and roadmap planning through delivery, adoption, operations and continuous improvement. This is a product ownership role, not a project coordination role, involving trade-offs between product and technical choices.

Senior hires own broader product areas, mentor other product managers and shape product practices across Digital Enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business and industry needs
• Engage internal users and external industry stakeholders to identify problems and priorities
• Translate needs into functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise the product backlog by value, risk and technical constraints
• Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors
• Own products after go-live, including adoption, stability and continuous improvement
• Analyse issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritise improvements
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, and where required act as solution architect, defining high-level architecture, integration approach, data flows and non-functional requirements

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in product management, digital solution ownership, business analysis or similar roles
• Strong technical foundation (architecture, integration, data, security fundamentals)
• Experience with Agile or iterative delivery teams
• Stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• For senior hires: experience owning complex or multiple products, acting as product architect or solution lead, and mentoring other product managers
