AI Fluency & Digital Enablement Internship

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on exposure to how artificial intelligence can support Pfizer’s Commercial organization in the Emerging Asia region. You will work within the Emerging Asia Digital & Technology team to help commercial teams understand and responsibly apply AI in real‑world business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Digital & Technology team in advancing AI fluency and adoption across commercial teams.
• Translate business needs into practical AI and automation use cases using low‑code/no‑code tools.
• Build and refine AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and create simple business apps with Power Apps.
• Automate routine processes using Power Automate and develop dashboards with Power BI, leveraging Copilot for faster insights.
• Assist in AI fluency workshops, events, and enablement sessions across the region.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, digital repositories, and knowledge assets.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow‑up actions for digital initiatives.
• Create documentation, user guides, and walkthroughs for non‑technical colleagues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Data, Digital, Engineering or related field; open to undergraduates, fresh graduates and polytechnic graduates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools and working with moderate supervision.
• Eligible to work in Singapore (citizen, PR, or valid Student Pass/work authorization).
