AXIOM Developer / Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AXIOM Developer / Consultant to join a large financial services organisation in Singapore. You will support regulatory reporting and data transformation initiatives, working closely with finance, risk and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AXIOMSL regulatory reporting solutions.
• Implement reporting frameworks for MAS, Basel, liquidity, capital adequacy and financial reporting.
• Develop and enhance AXIOM components such as Data Sources, Data Models, Portfolio Aggregation, Reports and Workflow Controllers.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation and validation between source systems and the AXIOM platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts, finance, risk and reporting teams to gather requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise AXIOM job performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support audit/compliance activities.
• Participate in release management and change implementation.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AXIOMSL / Axiom Controller View development.
• Background in banking regulatory reporting projects (Basel, liquidity, capital, MAS).
• Good understanding of ETL, data‑warehousing concepts and SDLC, Agile, DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced banking environment.
