RedHat OpenShift Administrator (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RedHat OpenShift Administrator to join our Singapore team on a contract basis. The role involves designing, deploying and maintaining highly available OpenShift Container Platform environments that support our cloud‑native applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage RedHat OpenShift Container Platform environments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and automated testing.
• Manage and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters, including upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Support developers across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast‑paced setting.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of build or deployment engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with RedHat OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
• Proven RedHat Linux administration skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker or similar container technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud PaaS/IaaS services.
• Solid background in infrastructure‑as‑code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience in infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and operations.
• Deep understanding of DevOps/CI‑CD process architecture.
• Familiarity with software development tools such as version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
