Assistant Client Manager - Risk Management

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Assistant Client Manager to join its Risk Management team, part of its risk business, based in Singapore. It is a hybrid role with at least three days a week spent in the office. The role sits within a well-established, professional broking team and offers exposure across a small team and a steep learning curve, with strong career development potential.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondence and maintain communications.
• Develop an understanding of client businesses through client research, industry research, benchmarking studies and risk maps for internal and external use.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of designated accounts, including billing transactions, calendars and timelines, and liaise between senior colleagues and business accounts.
• Address account concerns and escalate small and complex issues to senior colleagues when appropriate.
• Collect feedback on relationship satisfaction and report it to senior colleagues.
• Build relationships with professional counterparts at client organisations and stay fluent in service offerings and market trends to support sales capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII is an advantage.
