Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing

About the role

Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are looking for an Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing. The role identifies, develops and manages strategic partnerships that drive revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa, focusing on commercial partnerships with banks, lifestyle brands and third-party distributors, as well as Intellectual Property (IP) collaborations, campaign execution, reporting and partnership administration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure partnerships with banks, payment providers, travel platforms, lifestyle brands and affiliates, and negotiate commercial terms and benefits
• Develop commercial campaigns for Guest Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, MICE and Spa, and review partnership performance
• Lead end-to-end IP collaborations (e.g. Disney, Sanrio, DreamWorks), liaising with licensors and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and brand guidelines
• Manage Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus Explorer enrolment targets, support recruitment, and run Accor Plus marketing campaigns
• Analyse reports from hotel systems and partner platforms, track campaign performance and redemption rates, and prepare weekly and monthly business reports and management presentations
• Maintain partnership agreements, contracts, invoices and purchase requisitions, and track budgets, accruals and renewal schedules

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, loyalty programmes or commercial marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or luxury sectors
• Experience managing strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers or lifestyle brands is an advantage
• Strong business development, stakeholder management and analytical skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint and Word
• Added advantage: Power BI, CRM systems and loyalty platforms
