Associate Director / Director, Strategy - Healthcare

About the role

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution team helps CEOs and business leaders design strategies that improve profitability and long-term value. As part of a core engagement team, you will work on strategy and transformation initiatives, combining market, competitor and customer insight with financial, operational and implementation perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work on strategy and transformation projects such as market entry, growth and turnaround, go-to-market, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation, and rapid value creation.
• Lead independent projects or modules, including structuring them, gathering data, analysing and formulating recommendations.
• Share and align findings with clients to secure understanding and agreement.
• Interact with client counterparts daily to foster collaboration and keep project objectives aligned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a strategy or consulting firm.
• Expertise in healthcare commercial and operational transformation.
• Experience in healthcare transformation within the public sector.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Singapore and internationally as necessary.
