Business Development Executive (Growth Solutions)

About the role

EPOS Solutions offers a suite of tools that help SMEs attract, convert and keep customers, including a WhatsApp-integrated loyalty platform, digital marketing and website solutions. It is looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional to drive growth across its solutions, working on site in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth across EPOS' loyalty, digital marketing and website services
• Understand client needs and recommend the right mix of solutions to help them attract and retain customers
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to expand account value
• Hunt for new business through calls, demos, events and outreach
• Work with Account Managers and the Sales Team to qualify leads, run demos and close deals
• Own your pipeline from start to finish and turn opportunities into measurable results

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or digital solutions; fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome
• Prior experience in a marketing or digital agency sales environment is a strong plus
• Confident, persuasive and results-driven, with a consultative approach to understanding business needs
• Proactive and resourceful, interested in tech and marketing and in helping SMEs grow
