Sales Executive - Fintech POS Solutions

About the role

EPOS, part of Ant International's merchant payment services division, is a Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore. It is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing commercial team. The role drives revenue growth by engaging business owners, promoting EPOS payment and digitalisation solutions and expanding the merchant network across Singapore. It is a front-line sales position suited to people who enjoy closing deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage business owners and decision-makers to promote EPOS payment and digitalisation solutions
• Identify new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals and outbound prospecting
• Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently
• Maintain strong merchant relationships for long-term growth
• Work with Operations, Risk, Product and Customer Success teams on onboarding and activation
• Keep sales pipeline updates accurate in CRM systems
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitors and industry developments
• Take part in campaigns, events and sales activations as required

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, client-facing or revenue-generating roles
• Experience in fintech, payments, POS, banking, telecommunications or SaaS is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, resilient and self-motivated
• Comfortable with field-based sales and working independently
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
