Junior Project Manager, Commercial

About the role

EPOS, a POS digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is hiring a Junior Project Manager (Commercial Track) for its EPOS Rewards team in Singapore. The role owns project management processes, strategic partnerships, commercialisation and service delivery governance, and manages a portfolio of merchant clients end-to-end. It works closely with a hands-on team lead.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own the project management framework for the team: case assignment, tracking, escalation, handover and identification of upsell opportunities, and manage your own merchant portfolio from scoping to go-live and handover
• Track merchant satisfaction to improve onboarding and delivery, and liaise with sales, product, key account management and technical teams
• Manage governance and commercial relationships with key partners, run regular business reviews, track joint KPIs and maintain an escalation tracker
• Identify new revenue streams, develop retainer and managed service proposal frameworks, pilot new commercial models and turn product capabilities into merchant-facing offerings
• Design the team's support ticket tracking and service tiering framework, manage SLAs, and own the train-the-trainer programme for onboarding and keeping the team updated

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; 3 years of work experience preferred
• Strong commercial or consulting track record; prior experience in partnerships, consulting, managed services or B2B account management is a strong plus
• Spoken and written English and Mandarin required
• Preferred: familiarity with digital advertising, CRM, loyalty solutions, Meta Business Suite or WhatsApp Business Platform, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
