Sales Analyst

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Sales Analyst in Singapore. The role turns complex sales data into clear insights for leadership, helping them see where the business is winning, losing and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated performance dashboards tracking team and individual KPIs such as win rates, cycle length and average deal size.
• Partner with sales leaders to develop accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Analyse the sales funnel to identify leaks or bottlenecks, such as leads stuck at the demo stage.
• Conduct whitespace analysis to support market penetration understanding and optimise territory assignments in Singapore and the wider region.
• Manage the calculation and validation of sales commissions so the plan drives the right behaviours.
• Support executives with ad-hoc "what-if" modelling for new product launches or pricing changes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Sales, Finance or Business Analysis).
• Familiarity with the B2B sales landscape in Singapore/ASEAN.
• Able to explain data-driven findings to a non-technical audience without jargon.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
