Business Development Manager

About the role

Antaes Asia is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support its expansion in Asia. The role combines client acquisition and recruitment, giving a 360-degree view of how a consulting business grows. You will source new clients and recruit the right consultants so that business opportunities match talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new clients across key industries, and build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, meetings and networking, understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions
• Take part in contract negotiations and close deals
• Drive end-to-end recruitment: source candidates, screen and interview consultants, build a talent pipeline and manage placements
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure successful delivery and anticipate future hiring needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• First experience in business development, sales, consulting or recruitment is a plus
• Strong interest in both client acquisition and recruitment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, international setting
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, proactive and results-oriented
