Business Manager, EBS (Agency Channel)

About the role

Prudential is recruiting a Business Manager for its Employee Benefits (EBS) business in the agency channel. You will champion business development together with agents, helping them gain the knowledge and skills needed to present and win Employee Benefits cases. The role reports to the Business Director of Agency New Business and works closely with all channels to grow the Employee Benefits business.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes.
• Analyze sales quotations to help agents close sales.
• Support the overall new business sales process.
• Explain and upsell new lines of cover.
• Assist in sales and product training for your assigned channels.
• Handle enquiries from your assigned channels.
• Assist in sales-related projects that support EBS distribution and increase upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an employee benefits environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study.
• Certifications: CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI.
