Business Process Excellence & Continuity Senior Analyst (1-Year Contract)

About the role

A well-established multinational organisation in Singapore is hiring a Business Process Excellence & Continuity Senior Analyst for a 1-year full-time contract. The role sits in a business transformation team and works closely with senior business leaders to optimise operations, strengthen business continuity and deliver transformation across several business functions. It suits consultants or process improvement professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges and engaging stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to understand, map and enhance critical business processes.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping and documentation using tools such as Miro or other process mapping platforms.
• Analyse existing workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop recommendations that improve efficiency, standardisation and business resilience.
• Support the design and implementation of business continuity processes and operational improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Support change management, including process adoption, documentation and user training.
• Help connect end-to-end processes across business units and influence stakeholders to adopt more effective ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence or Management Consulting.
• Candidates from consulting firms or in-house process improvement and transformation teams are welcome.
• Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or operational resilience is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Process mapping and documentation with tools such as Miro, Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
