Construction Site Manager

About the role

The Construction Site Manager will lead daily construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. This role coordinates workers, subcontractors and stakeholders on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities, prepare work schedules and monitor progress.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors and ensure proper manpower and equipment are available.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH regulations and control site hazards.
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower and equipment, and control wastage.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and inspection documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in renovation works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, able to coordinate with clients, consultants and engineers.
• Valid driving licence and availability to work a 6‑day week, including weekends.
