About the role
Join Mercer’s Singapore office as a Consultant/Senior Analyst in Rewards Advisory. You will manage end‑to‑end client accounts and support a variety of rewards projects, including job evaluation, salary structure design, and executive compensation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver broad‑based rewards projects across domains such as job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design, and performance management.
- Facilitate decision‑making processes, manage project risks, and ensure change control procedures are in place.
- Guide analysts on technical aspects and ensure the quality of their analyses.
- Develop expertise in industry‑specific reward trends for Singapore and support executive compensation projects.
Required profile
- Prior broad‑based rewards experience in consulting or an in‑house role.
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client‑engagement skills.
- Target‑driven, agile, highly motivated and able to work in cross‑functional teams.
