Corporate Finance Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

PWC's Deals Advisory Practice is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Corporate Finance team in Singapore. You will work on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital‑raising transactions, delivering data‑driven insights and innovative deal solutions for leading companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials and pitches for corporate finance and M&A advisory engagements.
• Execute deal processes, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction support under the guidance of senior partners.
• Collaborate with multi‑competency advisory professionals to provide end‑to‑end solutions across the deal continuum.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional transaction experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses.
• Proven track record in deal execution and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, evaluation and attention‑to‑detail skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with high initiative.
