Deputy Director, Client and Partner Development

About the role

The Deputy Director, Client and Partner Development will support the Head of Division, SITLEARN, in driving strategic growth, new client acquisition and portfolio expansion for Singapore Institute of Technology’s lifelong learning division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, business plans and profit‑and‑loss management for SITLEARN and NACE@SIT.
• Lead new client acquisition, proposal development and relationship building to generate new revenue streams.
• Acquire and manage large key accounts, identifying collaborative initiatives and tailor‑made programmes.
• Drive expansion of postgraduate, part‑time, executive and workplace learning portfolios.
• Collaborate with programme directors, external trainers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Design and implement win‑win business models, leveraging funding opportunities such as mentorship and capability development grants.
• Oversee client engagement processes, ensuring seamless stakeholder experiences and continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic events, outreach and marketing initiatives to raise SIT’s visibility.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in corporate education, postgraduate or executive education.
• Proven record of revenue growth, market expansion and winning deals in the education sector.
• Experience managing large key accounts and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong background in solutioning, curriculum design and business development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, time‑management and leadership skills.
