Direct New Business Manager (Enterprise Business Solutions)

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Direct New Business Manager for its Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) segment, within Employee Benefits. You will lead and drive the growth and support of direct new business, acquire new and support existing corporate clients, expand the EBS footprint and deliver sustainable growth through proactive sales leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives. You report to the Head of Direct.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver new business sales targets (EB APE, EBXLife and other KPIs), build and manage the pipeline and close opportunities
• Lead complex and high-value cases
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers, and lead end-to-end client engagement, proposals, presentations and onboarding
• Execute strategies to expand EBS direct business, analyse market trends and identify opportunities
• Work with internal and external teams (Actuarial, Ops, Finance, Legal, TPAs) and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Improve sales processes and governance, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end servicing of newly acquired and existing accounts and support timely renewals to retain clients

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• CMFAS and HI qualifications required
